About Us

We understand sober living. We've been there.

The Bridge NYC was founded on the principle that those in need of stability and support while recovering from addiction and/or mental health issues should be able to do so in a safe and comfortable environment.

Our Approach

A Sober Living Home designed around you.

It has been said that helping another human being in need is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling acts one can do. Recovering from an unhealthy and toxic lifestyle is no easy feat. We at The Bridge NYC understand this, and our program allows for our clients to reach their goals in comfort and with minimal distractions.

What we do...

A personalized plan to get you where you want to be

Creating an effective plan is a crucial component to ensure our residents are taking the right steps. From the moment you enter the residence to the day you leave, your time here will be planned with recovery programs and activities. We'll have weekly meetings with you and your family to ensure you're on your way there.

An available companion ensuring someone is by your side

If need be we pair you with someone who has worked in addiction treatment for a long time. Someone who understands how it feels to take that next step in life. Our companions will be by your side so you can feel the support you need to get back to life.

A network of professionals one phone call away

We are proud to say that we’ve built a strong network of clinical professionals to connect you to. From inpatient treatment centers, therapists, psychologists, pharmacologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, to personal trainers, we can ensure you have access to the best treatment providers in the area.

Jimmy and the team helped me get better a lot faster. They were always there for me when I felt lost. They weren't just staff, but people I now call my close friends.
Former Resident

Coaches and mentors here to make you better

Our home is seen as a hub for new friendships and mentorships that have gone beyond our walls. During your time here, you will develop relations and bonds with other residents as they continue to grow and heal in recovery. Community and social activities are just some of the benefits people receive from living in our home.

Connected to the best interventionists in the industry

Getting better starts with interventions. Some time is spent in a family member’s living room, where an interventionist explains to you how they are going to save your life, with your family deeply involved in the process. While the intervention process is never fun for anyone, it is usually the kick-start most people need to sobriety.

Alumni Network

Our Alumni Relations are here to help you and your family grow and stay connected with the recovery community. Our community is growing, and we invite you and your family to be a part of frequent recovery events: dinners, retreats, recovery getaways, and alumni/recovery resources.

Aftercare

The primary goal of aftercare is to help clients develop and hone

‍As you face the challenges of a sober life, aftercare services can help you:
- Make healthy choices about your lifestyle;
- Practice the skills you learned for coping with stress;
- Identify your own triggers and prevent a return to use;
- Minimize the damage of a recurrence of use if it occurs;
- Gain access to supportive individuals and groups who can help you through the process.
